You will need to bring your Driver's License or Photo ID so we can make a copy, and a credit or debit card to leave as collateral while you have the keys. To check out keys later than 4:00 PM or overnight, please contact our office for arrangements.
If listed with a FUTURE DATE: Come into our office to make an appointment to view the property. We will contact the current tenants for a mutually convenient time. You will need to bring in your Driver's License or ID so that we can make a copy and set up your appointment.
ONCE YOU HAVE MADE YOUR SELECTION: 1. Submit your completed application(s) for all applicants 18 years of age or older. 2. Non-RefundableApplication Fee - $20.00 per application for each applicant 18 years of age or older. Pick up an application in our office or download an application here. 3. Holding Deposit - In order to hold the property in your name, a $100.00 Holding Deposit is required. This puts your application in First Position while the process is being completed. This deposit is completely refundable if your application is not approved or if you withdraw your application before mutual acceptance. If your application is approved the $100.00 is applied toward your move-in costs. 4. Applications are usually processed within 48 hours. 5. Screening includes a credit check, criminal background history, tenant history and income verification. Everyone has their own circumstances that we take into consideration.
Once approved, the prorated rent and the security deposit are due at the time of the lease signing. Any utilities that you are responsible for need to be turned on in your name for the time of move-in.
